Richard has two decades in the practice of public accounting, tax, and consulting experience. In 2021 he was honored as a New Orleans City Business “Money Maker”. He regularly appears on local television news to discuss and explain tax changes.

Richard’s experience has been concentrated in the following areas:

  • Individual and Business tax planning both in the US and abroad
  • International Taxation assistance with European and Japanese companies doing business in the US
  • Auditing under Accounting Standard Codification 740 of income taxes for small, medium and SEC companies
  • Compliance for corporations, partnerships and individuals

  • Representation of individuals, corporations, and partnerships through Internal Revenue Service audits and appeals
  • Industry experience in oil & gas drilling and support industries, energy and utilities sector, marine vessel construction and charter, and engineering service companies
