Significant Career Experience
Astrid has over twenty years of public accounting experience, including over a decade with Big 4 firms. She has served clients in the manufacturing, consumer products, professional services and non-profit industries, among others. As a Senior Manager with Wegmann Dazet, her primary responsibilities are in the Audit & Accounting Department.
When not occupied with her professional responsibilities, Astrid dedicates her time to family and community. She finds joy in spending quality moments with loved ones and actively contributes to local non-profit organizations. Her volunteer work reflects her commitment to giving back to the community and making a positive impact on the lives of others.
Astrid’s years of audit and accounting experience have focused on the following areas:
- Performance of audits and other attestation engagements for Privately Held and Publicly traded companies
- Consulting Services, such as risk management, internal controls’ evaluations, financial advisory, and related services
- Researching technical accounting issues and assistance in developing the respective implementations
- Evaluation of firms’ system of internal quality controls and development and execution of the response plan
