James has more than two decades of tax, accounting, and consulting experience in public accounting and industry with a focus on tax planning and compliance.
Industry experience includes serving clients in the following areas:
- Focus on corporate, partnership and individual tax preparation and planning
- Involved with the Firm’s State Tax Incentive program for clients
- Tax planning for individuals and closely held businesses
- Representation of clients before the IRS and various state tax authorities
